If you aren’t sure about what cheese goes with apples, we give you two of our favorite choices. For a saltier, stronger taste, the award-winning Original Blue from Point Reyes Farmstead is sweet and creamy with a medium-to-strong punch of blue cheese flavor. For something milder, the creamy artisan Carmody cheese from Bellwether Farms uses cow’s milk to offer a great taste and texture without overpowering the sweetness of our organic fall fruit varieties.
